The Requirement

Trustpilot is currently in the midst of a significant digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing its CRM and MarTech capabilities. This strategic endeavour entails substantial investments in cutting-edge technology solutions with the overarching goal to drive growth and revenue globally.

As a pivotal component of this transformational journey, Trustpilot sought to transition from its existing CRM HubSpot to Salesforce. Upon initial engagement with Synapri, it was identified that while Trustpilot had implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud, they had yet to fully leverage the capabilities of Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud within their operational framework.

The Solution

Synapri played a pivotal role in assembling a dedicated contract team crucial for the development of the initial project. Leveraging our expertise, we curated a team of specialised resources, operating on a time and materials basis, to ensure the project's success. Working closely with the management team, we provided valuable insights and guidance on role shaping, budget, fulfilment strategy, and time-to-hire considerations.

Additionally, as the primary supplier of contract Salesforce and Marketing resources for the Trustpilot transformation program, Synapri deployed 13 highly skilled contract resources, three of whom transitioned into permanent roles within the organisation. This underscores our commitment to not only meeting but exceeding Trustpilot's evolving needs. Moving forward, we remain dedicated to supporting Trustpilot in its strategic growth initiatives, further solidifying our partnership and contributing to its continued success.

The Results

Trustpilot continues to advance its technological landscape, and have made significant progress with their Salesforce implementation, which is a huge achievement in their digital transformation journey.
