BSI had reached a point in time where they realised, they needed to evolve if they wanted to continue to be the leader in their sector. They decided to embark on a business and digital transformation to implement cutting edge technology across CRM, PSA, Data & ERP that would revolutionise their operations and improve their interactions with their customers. This new platform would leverage leading technologies such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud & CPQ) and MuleSoft. BSI required support with staffing their CRM transformation with high-level interim consultants. These consultants would help shape the AS-IS TO-BE template alongside their chosen system integration partner. After an internal recommendation, Synapri were engaged to help resource the project.
Synapri helped build a contract team who have been instrumental in building the initial pilot
project. We provided specialist resources on a time and materials basis including a Project Manager, Technical Architect and multiple Salesforce Business Analysts. We worked closely with the management team to advise on role shaping, budget realisation, fulfilment strategy and time to hire.
BSI have been able to expedite the initial scoping/shaping phase of the programme and
will be engaging the existing contract workforce for the build.
