About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, or other enterprise solutions.
  • Develop and optimise workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation scripts to enhance system functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
  • Provide expert advice on ServiceNow best practices, ITIL processes, and system governance.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment of enhancements.
  • Deliver user training and support change management initiatives to drive adoption.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow upgrades, emerging features, and industry trends to continuously improve platform performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or similar role, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customising ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or SecOps.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integration methods.
  • Experience with ITIL processes, Agile methodologies, and service management best practices.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CSA, or other relevant certifications) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
