About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance, configuration, and integration with business processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Develop and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation scripts.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security configurations.
  • Support ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Maintain documentation and provide training to users on ServiceNow functionalities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, managing configurations and customisations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or SecOps.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration methods.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, ITIL processes, and workflow automation.
  • ServiceNow Administrator certification (CSA) or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
