We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimise, and support our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless operations across the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user management, system configurations, reporting, and troubleshooting platform-related issues. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
Configure and customise Salesforce workflows, process automation, reports, dashboards, and validation rules to improve business efficiency.
Ensure data integrity by managing data imports, deduplication, and regular system audits.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to enhance platform adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Support the integration of Salesforce with other business applications and third-party tools.
Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging features to continuously improve the system.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM-related role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and data management.
Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows and Process Builder.
Knowledge of Salesforce security settings, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
