Develop and manage Salesforce programme plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful project execution across the Salesforce portfolio.
Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, coordinating timelines, resources, budgets, and ensuring effective delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within Salesforce implementations while ensuring programme governance and compliance with organisational standards.
Engage and influence key stakeholders across all levels to drive collaboration and commitment to Salesforce-driven transformation initiatives.
Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in programme management, particularly in leading Salesforce implementations or CRM transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and integrations, as well as understanding the end-to-end CRM lifecycle.
Expertise in programme management methodologies, such as Agile, MSP, PRINCE2, or similar.
