We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, risks, and resources while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to drive the success of Salesforce initiatives and ensure business needs are met.
Develop detailed Salesforce project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
Manage Salesforce project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within scope.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to Salesforce governance and compliance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, IT teams, and end users, to gather requirements and manage expectations.
Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP) and applying them to Salesforce projects.
