Recruitment Consultant (ServiceNow)

Focusing specifically on the ServiceNow market, we prefer candidates with prior experience in this realm of recruitment or technology recruitment in general. However, we have a proven track record of successfully training recruiters from diverse backgrounds such as Engineering, Healthcare, or Industrial sectors, and thus, we are open to considering varied experiences you may bring to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture new and existing client relationships through proactive lead generation.
• Assume ownership of designated market segments, driving growth and expansion.
• Manage and monitor the business pipeline meticulously, utilising our CRM systems effectively.
• Enhance our credibility and value proposition through strategic research and preparation.
• Source top-tier candidates via prominent UK job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and through targeted headhunting efforts.
• Foster relationships with job seekers, offering valuable advice and guidance.
• Oversee the interview and offer process for both candidates and clients.
• Engage in negotiations on client and candidate terms, while maximising revenue opportunities.

Skills and Experience: 

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales.
• Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment or a sales role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Strong sales acumen with proficient negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Tenacity, drive, and a willingness to learn.
• Solid business acumen.
