Personalisation Consultant

Job description:

Contract Fractional Personalisation Consultant with extensive experience building high-performing feeds, required to support the development of a new personalisation strategy, supporting a B2C organisation. This role will require 1-3 days per week, depending on the workload, with some work required in the Central London office.

The successful candidate will have prior experience building relevance engines, content ranking, and the mechanics behind social feed discovery experiences, with knowledge of the underlying technologies required to build such systems.

Experience required:

• SME in Personalisation strategy/technology, specifically, relevance engines, content ranking, and the underlying mechanics
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of event modelling and behavioural signals.
• Experience developing business strategy on personalisation.
