The Role

As a Trainee / Delivery Consultant, you will learn the fundamentals of recruitment and play a key role in supporting experienced consultants by sourcing, engaging and managing high-quality candidates across the technology market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learning the full recruitment lifecycle
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Engaging with technology professionals across multiple markets
• Supporting consultants with candidate delivery and shortlists
• Building strong candidate relationships
• Developing market knowledge and sector expertise
• Working towards individual and team targets

What We're Looking For

• Driven, ambitious and motivated individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Some experience in sales, recruitment or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
