Senior Recruitment Consultant - Data & AI

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the Data & AI market
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships across technology-driven organisations
• Take ownership of a high-growth recruitment vertical
• Source and engage top Data, Machine Learning, and AI talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
• Manage candidate relationships and provide expert market guidance
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer management
• Negotiate client and candidate terms while maximising commercial opportunities
• Build your reputation as a trusted specialist in the Data & AI market

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM and recruitment technology
• Self-motivated with a proactive and driven attitude
• A clear ambition to progress into leadership
