Senior Recruitment Consultant - Cybersecurity

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Cybersecurity market, playing a key role in driving the next phase of our growth.

This is more than just another billing role. It’s an opportunity for an experienced consultant to own a market, shape its direction, and progress into a leadership position as we scale.

While experience in Cybersecurity recruitment is highly desirable, we also welcome strong recruiters from other specialist markets who are looking to move into one of the fastest-growing technology sectors in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new and existing client relationships through proactive business development
• Take ownership of the Cybersecurity market, identifying opportunities for growth
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of business and candidates
• Source high-calibre Cybersecurity professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and targeted headhunting
• Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement through to offer management
• Lead negotiations with both clients and candidates while maximising revenue opportunities
• Position yourself as a trusted market specialist

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in B2B sales or recruitment
• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness with strong negotiation ability
• Experience using CRM systems and recruitment tools
• Highly motivated, driven, and adaptable
• A desire to progress into leadership as the business grows
