What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing a specialist public sector recruitment desk.
  • Building relationships with public sector clients and technology professionals.
  • Developing new business opportunities across existing frameworks and new accounts.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Building a strong candidate network within your market.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven recruitment experience.
  • Experience within Public Sector recruitment is advantageous.
  • Strong business development and client management skills.
  • Experience working towards and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and consultative approach.
