As we grow, we’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to play a key role in bringing in the talent that will shape the next chapter of our journey.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant looking to move into an internal role.

You'll work closely with business leaders across Synapri and Kinekta to identify hiring needs, attract high-quality talent and manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through to onboarding.

We are open to both full-time and part-time applications and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements for the right individual.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across Synapri and Kinekta
  • Recruiting Recruitment Consultants, Delivery Consultants, Team Leaders and Business Support professionals
  • Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
  • Screening and interviewing prospective employees
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
  • Managing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activity
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Assisting with onboarding and integration of new starters

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience, either agency or internal
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms is advantageous
  • An interest in helping build high-performing teams and company culture
