The Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding US team. You will focus on building relationships with Salesforce consultancies, ISVs and end-user organisations across North America.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and growing a Salesforce recruitment desk across the US market
• Developing relationships with Salesforce partners, consultancies and enterprises
• Managing permanent and contract recruitment assignments
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding accounts
• Building a strong Salesforce talent network across the US
• Acting as a market specialist and trusted advisor
• Working to achieve and exceed revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• Recruitment experience within technology or Salesforce markets preferred
• Strong business development capabilities
• Experience working in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, ambitious and commercially minded
• Ability to work across international markets (US experience advantageous)
