Front End Developer

Synapri have partnered with a FinTech business who are looking to hire a Front-End Developer on a permanent basis. The client is operating on a hybrid basis requiring you to commute into the office based in Central London.

My client is looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our growing Front-End team, to start writing code and contributing from the get-go, and help us build out a host of exciting new web projects. This person will enjoy finding solutions to often complex challenges from across the business. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, who is passionate about the product and its users, and takes pride in carrying out their work to an exceptionally high standard. There is also scope to take on additional responsibility and assist with the organisation of the team and their projects.

My client needs the candidate to have come from a company where they have been building enterprise platforms and websites and are open minded to new challenges.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating data-driven web applications and widgets for a wide variety of clients as well as for our own growing suite of products
  • Helping implement complex interactions and UI patterns for corporate websites built using our custom CMS.
  • Communicating and collaborating with teams across the business to deliver large web project.

Key skills required:

  • Very good understanding of Web fundamentals
  • Excellent React JS skills, experienced with the modern JS stack.
  • Experience building enterprise-grade websites/web applications, depending on salary expectation.
  • Hands-on, professional experience building apps with a modern JS framework, preferably React.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas and drive projects forward.
