Salesforce Technical Product Owner
Own the Salesforce platform roadmap for sales and commercial operations, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers and Nexudus support specialists fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Manage the configuration, development, and integration of Salesforce with key systems including:
- Pardot for marketing automation
- CPQ for quote-to-cash processes
- Docusign for digital agreements
- SAP for financial and operational data
- JustOn for billing
- Nexudus for workspace management
- Freshservice for ITSM/ESM and service desk operations
- Champion automation and AI initiatives to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance user

- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure platform governance, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Provide career development guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Be the escalation point for technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
- Manage integration with third-party applications and services.
- Owner of technical documentation & training documentation.
- Own relationship with vendors including third party resource partner.
