Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Synapri are looking for a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the technical direction of a large, business-critical Salesforce estate undergoing significant transformation.

This role will take ownership of the end-to-end architecture, define engineering and governance standards, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and future-proof Salesforce solutions. This role combines both strategic leadership and hands-on architectural design across a complex, integrated system landscape. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to work closely with Product, Engineering, PMO, Architecture and senior business stakeholders to lead the design of robust enterprise solutions, drive R&D initiatives, lead Proof of Concepts, and influence the long-term evolution of the platform.

Required Experience:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect

Deep expertise across Salesforce’s declarative and programmatic capabilities

Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Jitterbit, APIs)

Experience designing solutions for complex business processes and multi-system environments

Ability to produce high- and low-level technical design documentation

Background working in Agile environments with CI/CD and DevOps practices
