Salesforce Development Manager

Synapri are on the hunt for a Salesforce Development Manager to join an entertainment business on a full time permanent basis. This role comes at a time where the client is looking to scale up their tech function with a hands-on leadership position. This role will have ownership across shaping the technical strategy, leading a small Salesforce team and having full ownership across driving and delivering solutions across their Salesforce roadmap. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to take their next step in their career while having the opportunity to remain hands on with your development skills. Ideal required experience:

• Strong Salesforce technical background (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, integrations).
• Experience leading development teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I, etc.).
• Experience delivering Salesforce projects and shaping technical strategy

Location: East Midlands

Hybrid: 1 day onsite
