Salesforce Business Analyst

Duration: 6 month contract

We are urgently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an IT project kicking off next week, focused on the transfer of contracts between legal entities. The role will document current-state processes across impacted entities and define future-state processes following the transfer, working closely with business and IT stakeholders. The targeted processes are lead generation/management, CPQ, pre-sales support, commissions, invoicing, reporting, customer success, ServiceMax for PSO, ServiceMax & Talkdesk for Customer Support, Salesforce Money for WFM, Leasing and license costing for all.

Key requirements: senior BA experience on complex IT or transformation projects, strong process mapping skills with experience in most of the targeted areas, experience with multi-entity or contract-related changes preferred, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. French language skills.
