Platform Business Analyst

Synapri have partnered with a market leading Manufacturing customer who are currently on the lookout for Platform Business Analyst.

This person will be part of their Commercial Platform Team, where you will be liaising with key business stakeholders and play a key part in the delivery of new enhancements & functionality as well as supporting and maintaining the current core business platforms predominantly within the Salesforce environment.

The ideal fit will be a Business Analyst who has worked closely with the Sales & Marketing team to identify and make changes. If you have Sales or Marketing Cloud experience this would be a plus but not essential. Please find further details below;

Experience Needed:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Commercial IT Platforms with proficient knowledge of Sales & Marketing and the processes within.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business analyst role or relevant.
• Experience in delivering end to end solutions from requirement gathering, deployment and training & support.
•  

Essential Skills:

• Experience working with commercial functions (Sales & Marketing).
• Expert in Business Analytical methodology and associated processes.
• Good knowledge of Commercial IT Systems.
• Good Customer Facing & Communication skills.
• Efficient in MS-Office.
• Working Flexibility.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
