Lead Salesforce Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a growing industrial enterprise based in Hull (Leeds also considered). This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions and solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Lightning Components).
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party services.
• Optimise and maintain code following best practices.
• Implement automation using Flows, triggers, and batch processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and multiple Salesforce Clouds.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and collaborative approach.
