Role Overview
We are looking for a Certinia Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a PSA platform within a Professional Services environment. You will manage the project across scope, budget, and timeline, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across internal teams and external partners
• Support system rollout, upgrades, and continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder engagement and governance forums
• Drive process adoption across Professional Services teams
• Oversee tracking, testing, and documentation
• Support day-to-day operational issues and improvements
• Monitor project financials

Skills & Experience
• 3+ years’ project management experience
• Strong understanding of business systems and processes
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and PSA tools (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
