Unified Communications System Support Analyst

Essential Skills

• 5 years + Systems Administrations within Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments
• Experience managing Cloud environments in partnership with our suppliers
• Previous experience of cybersecurity standards, conducting vulnerability checks and vulnerability management
• Manage Microsoft 365 suite where appropriate (SharePoint Online, Teams)

Desirable Skills

• 2nd/3rd line issues across hardware, software, applications, cloud and networking
• IT support aligned to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), focusing on efficient resolution and user satisfaction.
• Provide expert-level technical support for complex issues for our critical systems, such as CAFM.

Our client operates hybrid working, occasional client site visits will be required into Cambridge
