Essential Skills
- 5 years + Systems Administrations within Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments
- Experience managing Cloud environments in partnership with our suppliers
- Previous experience of cybersecurity standards, conducting vulnerability checks and vulnerability management
- Manage Microsoft 365 suite where appropriate (SharePoint Online, Teams)
Desirable Skills
- 2nd/3rd line issues across hardware, software, applications, cloud and networking
- IT support aligned to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), focusing on efficient resolution and user satisfaction.
- Provide expert-level technical support for complex issues for our critical systems, such as CAFM.
