Senior User Researcher

Location: Glasgow (hybrid working - 1-3 days per week) (flexible)

Duration: 11 months +

Vetting: SC level security clearance will be required

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in user research within large scale projects.
• Evidence of designing and leading on multiple research activities.
• Proven analytical and synthesis skills which enable data to be transformed into actionable insights which can be presented in an intuitive manner to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage with key stakeholders and users from all levels of Government to understand their needs.
• Ability to define and measure user outcome performance metrics to evidence user impact throughout a project delivery lifecycle.

Our client operates a flexible hybrid working approach, up to 2-3 days per week (Monday-Friday) in the office - East Kilbride, Glasgow.
