Director of Product Marketing (Growth)

  • £600 - £725 per day

Synapri are partnered with a leading organisation who are looking for an experienced  Product Marketing Director (B2B) to join them on a maternity cover contract for 7 months.

You will drive business adoption, product engagement, and the overall digital experience for their business customers to continuously improve how they discover, adopt, and use the product.

This company are kicking off some major projects, rolling out across global markets, 

and you will play a key role in shaping and driving those initiatives.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience leading Growth Product Marketing at Director level.
  • B2B SaaS experience is ESSENTIAL- ideally subscription based products.
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Thrive in fast-paced and everchanging environments.
  • Experienced in creating organic digital marketing strategies with defined KPIs & metrics.
  • Manage a small team and work cross functionally across different areas of the business.
  • Expert knowledge around user journey mapping & optimisation to drive 
    engagement and adoption.
  • Possess a strong commercial acumen to correlate how product engagement contributes to revenue generation and customer retention.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices.


Location: 1-2 days a week onsite in London

Day rate: TBC

IR35: Not yet confirmed, expected to fall inside

Start date: January

Duration: 7 months initial contract
