Payments Operations Analyst – UK & International Payments

My client, a global bank, is currently recruiting for a Payment Operations Analyst with strong experience in UK and International payments.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Strong experience in payment processing and transaction management.
• Experience with domestic payment schemes (FPS, BACS, CHAPS), SWIFT, and cross-border payments.
• Ensure accuracy in domestic and international transactions, including reconciliations and payment approvals.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve Online banking issues efficiently.
• Oversee customer accounts, including onboarding, fixed-term deposits, mandates, and amendments.
• Maintain operational reports and ensure accurate client account data entry.
• Work with Loans, Credit Risk, Reconciliations, and Compliance teams to resolve issues.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Position Details:

• Permanent role
• Salary: £35,000–£45,000
• Location: City of London – onsite during probation, hybrid working available thereafter
