Operational Resilience Analyst

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 – Excellent Benefits

Location: London – Hybrid working

I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity with a leading trade body. My client is looking for an Operational Resilience Analyst to support sector wide resilience initiatives across the financial services industry.

This role will support the delivery of key workstreams within Digital, Technology & Cyber, engaging with multiple financial institutions and contributing to committees, roundtables and regulatory engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support member engagement and respond to queries
• Coordinate committees and meetings (agendas, papers, minutes, actions)
• Contribute to resilience workplans and project management activities
• Prepare briefings for senior stakeholders and regulatory meetings
• Conduct research and analysis on resilience and regulatory developments
• Produce management information and summary reports

About You:

• 1–2 years’ professional experience ideally within, financial services, insurance, consultancy, rural affairs, legal, policy environments.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with PMO, project coordination or project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

Degree qualified (or able to demonstrate degree-level critical thinking).
