Immigration Consultant

  • £230 per day

We are currently supporting a leading global professional services firm that is looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to join its Global Employer Services team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading immigration practice, supporting multinational clients and their globally mobile employees. The role will involve delivering high-quality UK immigration advice, managing complex casework and supporting Analysts within the wider delivery team.

There may also be opportunities to work on further projects within the organisation following the initial assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, commercially focused UK immigration advice and excellent client service.
  • Lead and establish case strategies for UK visa applications and international moves.
  • Provide daily support to Analysts, including delegation and review of casework.
  • Apply strong technical knowledge of UK Immigration Rules, legislation and immigration systems.
  • Liaise with relevant immigration authorities where required.
  • Prepare strategic and compliance advice for clients managing international mobility requirements.
  • Manage high-volume immigration casework while maintaining strong client service standards.
  • Support knowledge management, training, thought leadership and client projects.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, billing, filing and wider account management activities.
  • Work effectively as part of a diverse and collaborative team.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Strong experience delivering UK immigration services to corporate clients.
  • Experience managing immigration casework within a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Immigration Rules, visa categories and immigration compliance.
  • Experience supporting or overseeing Analysts or junior team members.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and highly organised approach.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using immigration case management systems and reporting tools.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using technology to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting within an immigration or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
