Scrum Master – Financial Services

Synapri a looking for two experienced and driven Scrum Masters to join a client in the Financial Services sector. This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact by leading Agile delivery, facilitating high-performing teams, and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Role Details:

💼 Position: Scrum Master
🌍 Location: Northampton (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
⌛ Duration: Initial 6-month contract
🪙 Sector: Financial Services
📃 Rate: £400 Inside IR35
📆 Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and team performance
