Service Transition Manager

Contract (Inside IR35) Service Transition Manager required on an initial 3 months to support a growing portfolio of IT transformation projects. This role will require travel to a site in Cheshire 2 days per week.

The Service Transition Manager will work with an existing team, including key business stakeholders to ensure that the impact of the development lifecycle, facilitating all aspects of transition of service change.

Experience required:

• Experience working in enterprise IT service environments, ideally highly regulated/financial services environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of change delivery.
• Great stakeholder management skills.
