SC Cleared Delivery Manager

SC Clearance Required Contract role

Synapri are looking to speak to experienced SC Cleared Delivery Managers as one of our consulting customers are on the hunt for someone to join a major Defence programme, leading the delivery and evolution of a modern Software Factory capability.

This role will focus on delivering secure software engineering environments, DevSecOps toolchains, CI/CD capabilities and digital engineering solutions that support software development across a highly regulated environment.

Duration: Initial 6 months

Location: Hybrid in West London

Rate: Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of Software Factory products and services.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, backlogs and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across software engineering toolchains and environments.
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality, security and regulatory standards.
• Support vendor management, technology evaluations and service improvements.

Skills required:

• Proven experience delivering complex software engineering or digital engineering programmes.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, software lifecycle management and Software Factory environments.
• Experience within Defence, Aerospace or another regulated industry.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Active SC Clearance (essential).
• Previous experience in a similar role within defence or aerospace, preferably in digital engineering or product lifecycle management
