CRM Marketing & Automation Manager

Synapri are partnered with a well-known end user who are looking to hire a CRM Marketing & Automation Manager on a full time permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role leading the build and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and automated customer journeys across multiple brands. You’d own lifecycle communications, build trigger-based journeys, drive strategy and play a key role in improving engagement and retention through data-led CRM initiatives

I am looking for someone with experience of Marketing Cloud, journey building, lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and performance reporting, who’s comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, data, and digital teams! The ideal person coming onboard is someone who is a marketeer who can build engaging campaigns using SFMC with a particular focus on improving customer retention, winning back existing customers and thinking out of the box on how you can push to engage customers across B2B and B2C.

Salary: £45-57k + 15% bonus and wider company benefits!
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite near Coventry
