CRM & Integration Engineer

  • £50,000 per annum

Synapri are hiring a CRM & Integration Engineer to help design and build the core systems, integrations, and digital workflows that support a growing business. This is a hands-on role focused on CRM configuration, automation, integrations, website connectivity, and operational scalability.

You’ll play a key role in building the internal technology platform from the ground up, working closely with commercial, operations, and external technology teams to create efficient, secure, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure CRM structure, workflows, and automation
  • Support website integrations, forms, tracking, and digital customer journeys
  • Build and maintain integrations across APIs, third-party tools, and internal systems
  • Automate onboarding, reporting, task management, and operational workflows
  • Create secure and reliable data flows between systems
  • Manage user permissions, access controls, and system security
  • Support dashboards, reporting feeds, and operational visibility
  • Troubleshoot integration and system issues
  • Work with external vendors and implementation partners where required
  • Collaborate with AI and automation initiatives across the wider platform

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical and solutions-focused with strong systems thinking
  • Comfortable working across CRM platforms, APIs, automation, websites, and data
  • Able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Security conscious with strong attention to reliability and process control
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Interested in helping shape and scale a modern technology platform from an early stage

Useful Experience

  • CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, Attio or similar
  • API integrations and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate)
  • Website management, CMS platforms, hosting, analytics, and forms
  • Reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI
  • Data mapping, process design, and document automation
  • User access controls and system administration
  • Financial services or operational platform environments beneficial but not essential

This role would suit someone who enjoys building connected systems, improving operational efficiency, and creating scalable digital processes within a growing business.
