The Salesforce market is in a stronger position than it was at the start of Q2 2025, although demand has not yet fully returned to the levels seen in previous years. Since Q4 2025, there has been a steady flow of opportunities across consultancies and end clients, and this momentum continues. Rates and salaries have stabilised, with only minor adjustments for certain delivery team-level roles, meaning the market is largely steady. While there are still more Salesforce professionals than roles available, giving candidates a range of opportunities to choose from, competition for the most sought-after positions is starting to increase compared with Q1 and Q2 of 2025.
