Application Support Analyst

Synapri are working with a leading Property Investment firm who operate in a modern Microsoft environment and are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic Information Systems team.

This is a critical role, with the successful candidate being responsible for providing escalated support for all internal business applications, identifying areas for service improvement, collaborating with cross functional teams and third-party vendors, and regularly testing and deploying solutions to ensure system optimisation.

These business systems are hosted in Azure and include Property Management, Accounting, Asset Forecasting/Management, Corporate Data Warehouse, and BI systems, in addition to numerous other smaller bespoke applications. Our client also heavily use SharePoint Online and are specifically looking for someone who has subject-matter expert level knowledge of this platform.

Required tech stack:

• Strong experience managing and maintaining business applications
• Strong SharePoint Online experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Knowledge of SQL Server/TSQL
