Salesforce Management/Senior Consultant

Synapri are partnered with a boutique Salesforce consultancy who are at the beginning of an exciting growth period and are looking for an experienced Consultant to work on key projects and play a pivotal part in the direction of the Salesforce practice.

Not only influential to the customer, but also internally. You will be responsible for actively contributing new ideas, initiatives and strategies to improve service levels and nurture more junior colleagues.

Key attributes needed:

• 5 years hands-on Salesforce experience
• Salesforce Partner background
• Ambitious individual with a growth mindset
• History of coaching colleagues, building internal teams and improving those around you
• You have successfully implemented multi-cloud solutions, being responsible for scoping through to delivery
• Multiple Salesforce Certifications
• Fluent in Dutch & English
