How long have you been working at Synapri?
I have been working at Synapri for 2 years. I am currently Principal Consultant and focus on Salesforce recruitment.
What is the company culture like at Synapri?
Synapri’s culture is by far the best of any company I’ve worked in before. Everyone from Management to Colleagues are supportive and this creates a great environment for recruiters at any level to learn and grow within their role. Being able to call my colleagues my friends makes going to work fun and enjoyable.
Do you feel there is opportunity to grow?
100%. Synapri has a very clear and achievable progression plan which offers different career paths depending on where you want to take your career. There is also regular training and the chance to work with Managers and Colleagues who have a lot of knowledge to share, so everyday I am learning something new and improving in my role, in the Salesforce and Tech recruitment industry.
What do you enjoy most about working at Synapri?
My favourite thing about working at Synapri is working with such a close-knit team, where we can genuinely all have a laugh in and outside of work.
What advice would you give to jobseekers right now?
My advice to jobseekers would be to find a way to stand out from the crowd. This could mean providing testimonials from previous managers to support your experience, tailoring your CV as this is the first thing Hiring Managers see, or upskilling in a more niche skill related to your role.
