Q&A with Joe Nolan, Principal Consultant

Having been with the company almost from the start, Joe is a big character in the office and true expert within his field. His in depth knowledge of the Salesforce market combined with an immense hunger to succeed has seen Joe grab every oppportunity that has come his way and is great role model for those starting out their careers in the tech recruitment space. 

 

How long have you been working at Synapri?

I’ve just had my 3 year anniversary with Synapri - I joined in December 2018, a few months after the business was formed.

How does Synapri differ from places you have worked at previously?

Synapri is different for a number of reasons, however the main one I would say is the culture – Everyone here genuinely wants you to succeed and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure this happens.

How has your role progressed since joining Synapri?

I joined Synapri as a Senior Consultant after having worked with the Directors for several years prior. I was brought in as the 2^nd person on the Salesforce team with the aim to establish Synapri as a leading Salesforce staffing partner. We now have a Salesforce team of 7 and I have recently been promoted to Principal Consultant, the first one in the business.

What are some of the benefits Synapri has to offer?

For 2022 we already have a skiing trip planned in February and a weekend away in the sun in June.

What do you enjoy most about working at Synapri?

I would have to say it’s the people I work with! You spend a lot of time at work so it’s crucial you enjoy what you do, but especially who you do it with.
