Meet Darren Clark, US Director. With an impressive career spanning over 24 years in the field of recruitment, Darren brings a wealth of industry expertise and insights to the table. Having spent the past 12 years in the United States, he possesses an in-depth understanding of the American job market and its unique dynamics.

How long have you been working at Synapri?

I started with Synapri midway through Jan 2023 so coming up 5 months now.

How did you get into your career in technology, particularly Salesforce?

I have worked in multiple markets including, Tech, Telecoms, Healthcare and Engineering over the last 24 years. After working for 12 years in the US, in the Power Utilities sector for Engineering (with sometime spent in Tech) I decided to look at a different market, but keep a specialism and that is what led me to Synapri and Salesforce.  

What do you think sets Synapri apart from others in the industry?

I love what they stand for and that employees are number one, it’s a very positive environment where everyone is listened too and ideas are free flowing. Being a Specialist in the current market is key to success and getting to partner with your clients and candidates is paramount.

What is the best piece of advice you have received throughout your career? 

Have a “WHY” and stick to your values. Work for a company and with clients that you assimilate with.

Where do you see Synapri US in the next five years?

In a similar place to where the UK is now (5 years on from when they started). 30+ heads, multiple clients, strategic organic growth and a legacy of doing the right thing.
