New Salesforce Certifications

The sky really is the limit with Salesforce as they continue to develop their growing list of certifications. Here are the two latest releases to catch our eye: 

B2B Solution Architect

Following on from the B2C version released at the end of 2020 and just as important, the B2B Solution Architect certification is one not to be missed, with demand for this skill set at an all-time high. The Salesforce B2B Solution Architect Certification has been designed to help empower architects to drive multi-cloud solutions that deliver business value for the customer including functional or technical experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, B2B Commerce and Marketing Cloud – plus other expertise, such as ERP integrations.

Cost: $200 USD

Prerequisite: Salesforce Certified Application Architect Certification

• Encompasses the following pre-reqs
  • Platform App Builder
  • Platform Developer 1
  • Data Architecture and Management Designer
  • Sharing and Visibility Designer

User Experience Designer

The amount of declarative and programmatic customisations that can be made to the Salesforce UI is far beyond anything that has been seen before, therefore it is integral that there is a best practice approach in this area. The Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer exam is aimed at designers with at least 6 months of hands-on experience as a UX designer, as well as 3-6 months utilising UX design concepts on the Salesforce platform.
