Can you share your journey from starting as a Delivery Consultant to becoming a Sales Consultant? What key milestones stand out for you?
I joined Synapri in early 2021 and transitioned into a Sales role after a couple of years. The training as a Delivery Consultant provided a solid foundation, with many skills being directly transferable to sales. My first year in sales was a steep learning curve, but in my second year, I achieved New Business Top Biller—a milestone I’m incredibly proud of.
What skills or experiences gained during your time as a Delivery Consultant were most valuable in preparing you for a sales-focused role?
As a Delivery Consultant, I gained essential skills like referencing, lead generation, and engaging in intelligent conversations with senior candidates. These skills transitioned seamlessly into sales. Resilience was another critical attribute I developed—it’s vital for navigating the challenges and setbacks that come with a sales role, especially in the early stages.
How did the support and training at Synapri contribute to your professional growth and confidence to take on new challenges?
