About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Change to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives that support business transformation and strategic growth. Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Organisational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in leading enterprise-wide change initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organisational structures and drive sustainable change.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is a plus.
