Salesforce Product Owner
- South Yorkshire
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: South Yorkshire (with flexible working)
Job Description:
- Taking the lead of scrum teams as the Salesforce Product Owner
- Working with stakeholders to provide vision/direction to the Agile Engineering team
- Ensure that the Agile team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks
- Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development for the product
- Work closely with the Salesforce Business Analysts and from time to time take on BA duties
- Define the internal customer product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
- Work closely with Product Management and Busines Operations to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI
- Lead CRM product release plans and set expectations for delivery
- Research and analyse future requirements and the roadmap for the Salesforce product
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Document and communicate plans and results Ownership and accountability of requirements traceability for testing
- Responsible for resource planning of the testing effort across all disciplines of testing
- Working with development lead on environment, configuration and release management aligned to the needs of testing and the programme
- Responsible for planning and execution of all test disciplines in scope across large complex end to end solutions
Qualifications/Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Technical Business Analyst in the Salesforce eco-system
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Salesforce Administration
- Must have minimum Salesforce Certification Administration (ideally Sales Cloud certification)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile & Scrum principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision and has attention to detail
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Demonstrated self-started ability
- Proven experience writing clear technical documentation
- Experience collaborating with development teams in an agile development environment
