Salesforce Business Analyst

This exciting new role will play a major part in changing the way the charity uses and is informed by data. Using your experience, you will lead on discovery sessions with key stakeholders to determine the way forward for Salesforce improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead on discovery sessions with key stakeholders. Keeping them engaged by highlighting what is possible, steering the conversation to positive change and ‘calling out’ issues with current processes
  • Identify what a team’s 'success' would look like. So that any build design encompasses the necessary goals/KPI’s which can then feed into the resulting dashboards/reports
  • Process maps: These need to be completed in a standardised way that can be easily understood by our Salesforce Administrators. Creating these with the teams involved to help their thinking on the way forward
  • UAT Support: test new design builds, having both the technical understanding of Salesforce and the business requirements of the team that will use it
  • Additional support in the CRM team for process documentation and training of new processes

Requirements of the role:

  • Certified Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent Salesforce experience
  • Extensive experience of creating Salesforce process maps
  • Extensive experience of leading discovery sessions with senior stakeholders
