Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at this private financial institute, you will be a key player in guiding the institution's technology transformation journey. Leveraging your expertise, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance the CRM capabilities, automate manual processes, and optimise the operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation and ensure seamless integration of technology into the business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and pain points, translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and architect complex CRM systems, with a strong focus on Dynamics CRM and other relevant technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the automation of manual processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce human errors.
• Define the strategy for updating and optimising legacy systems, enhancing their functionality and compatibility.
• Streamline the onboarding journey within the CRM, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients and employees.
• Update and maintain PowerApps applications, ensuring they remain aligned with business needs and technological advancements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating complex technical concepts in clear, understandable terms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a Solution Architect role, with a strong background in designing complex CRM systems.
• Expertise in Dynamics CRM is highly preferred; experience with other CRM platforms will be considered.
• Familiarity with PowerApps development and customisation is desirable.
• Experience working within an Azure environment, leveraging Azure services for solution development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive and manage technology transformations, from concept to implementation.
• Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics CRM, Azure, or related technologies are a plus.
