Contract ServiceNow SME Opportunity working for a consultancy business supporting one of their financial services clients.
This role will be remote but only open to UK-based candidates.
The successful candidate will support the ServiceNow improvement programme on an initial 3/6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Review builds.
- Help to deliver an automation roadmap.
- Review and update workflows & reporting.
- Produce a roadmap of platform improvements.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow's CSDM
- Work on reducing backlog for enhancements.
