Senior Test Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Test Manager looking to join one of the largest software companies in the UK who have embarked on a huge business transformation programme? Look no further!

I am working with one of our key Software organisations looking to hire a Senior Test Manager to design & implement a programme test strategy at a critical time of growth. As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing all test phases across the programme, providing governance standards and working closely with stakeholders and different areas within the business to align and track the programme successfully.

Within this role you will ensure both functional and non-functional testing is conducted to the highest standards and ideally you will have experience in managing testing across large-scale IT programmes.

Initial 6 month contract

Rate DOE

Outside IR35

Hybrid working

Start date ASAP

Ideal skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT delivery management with demonstrable experience of testing
• Salesforce experience is a must
• Financial management experience with either NetSuite, Oracle or SAP
• Previous experience of managing multiple projects/workstreams in fast paced environments
• Big 4 consultancy experience or demonstrated experienced of working in a PE based software organisation
• Ability to work hands on when needed with a strong understanding of both functional and non functional testing methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and business facing skills
