Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Synapri are currently recruiting for a world leading digital transformation SAAS company.

The Senior Financial Analyst role will help lead and guide business units in driving and accelerating growth, while instilling more consistent processes across the business to increase financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Establishing key metrics, to track and report them.
• Designing and developing meaningful business and financial reporting for stakeholders
• Establishing a methodology for investment decisions – Investing into technology departments and sales teams etc.
• Evaluating analytical reports on business performance (P&L, Variance Analysis, KPIs)
• Experience using financial planning software
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Production of financial information including monthly variance analyses 
• Improving financial operations and controls across the organisation, including internal audit

Skills

• QBE / Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• A strong communicator, with prior experience dealing with senior management and producing financial reports for C-suite
• Understanding of data analytics, with experience in data handling, generating SQL queries
• Strong experience with BI reporting, Excel, invoices and forecasting
• Experience using financial planning software
• Decision making skills and the ability to apply critical thinking
• The ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate with impact
• Experience working on M&A projects and conducting financial due diligence

Salary £65,000 to £75,000

Fully remote – London Offices – welcome to attend
