Senior Developer

I am working with an exciting start up who are looking to hire a Senior Developer on a permanent basis.. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their product and technology stack. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a highly motivated team.

This role will involve leading the development and implementation of their technology vision and strategy, managing significant tech initiatives and ensuring the alignment of technology efforts with their business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the latest technology trends and exhibit a passion for creating innovative, scalable technology solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Play a major role in formulating and executing our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and goals.
• Supervise the management of technology resources, emphasizing cost- effectiveness and efficiency.
• Engaging with stakeholders, customers and users to ensure our technology solutions effectively address their needs and challenges.
• Prepare and streamline technology operations for scalable growth.

Key skills required:

• Solid experience of React, Node and AWS.
• Good leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role is a hybrid role and would require you to commute into Central London 3/4 times during probation moving into 2 days a week.
